Description

Here’s a very rare garage punk classic! This 45 is by the Bakersfield, CA band called The Avengers. The songs are “Be A Caveman” and “Broken Hearts Ahead”. The A side on this single has been a staple of many garage comps, including Nuggets. Its on the Starburst label, number 125. The vinyl grades a strong VG with nice clean labels. Plays great!! Very ummm… interesting lyrics for “Caveman”… talking about how a man needs to take charge in a relationship, be a caveman, wear the pants, and drag his girlfriend around by the hair. Comes complete with Tarzan noises in the song as well! Buyer pays $3.00 in the US, shipped via media mail. Postage to Europe is $8 for a 45, $14 for an LP, elsewhere drop me a message.
