Description
THIS IS ONE OF A SUPERB COLLECTION OF ORIGINAL 1950'S, 1960'S AND 1970'S LPs THAT I WILL BE LISTING ON EBAY OVER THE COMING WEEKS. PLEASE MESSAGE ME IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR ANY, BLUES OR FOLK LPS IN PARTICULAR AND I WILL TRY AND LIST THOSE ON EBAY NEXT.
Here is your chance to buy a great 10 INCH LP album by EWAN MACCOLL WITH PEGGY SEEGER which is titled "SECOND SHIFT INDUSTRIAL BALLADS" and is the MEGA RARE ORIGINAL 1ST AND ONLY RELEASE ON THE EARLY PALE BLUE COLOURED TOPIC RECORD LABEL (10T 25) and was made in England in 1958.
The album contains 12 great tracks.
The vinyl is in VG+++/EXCELLENT- condition. I have just played it through and it sounds great with some background noise and a click in some places but still sounds great. The vinyl looks in lovely condition and has just light background noise in places and some clicks.
The sleeve is in VERY GOOD condition. The front cover has some creasing to the top left corner and some rubbing wear to a strip on the left side and just some light shelfwear.The back cover has some creasing to top right corner and some sticker marks to the back cover but as you can see from the pic it is still in nice solid condition for a record 50 years old. THIS COMES WITH THE MEGA RARE FOLD OPEN PAPER INSERT WITH INFO ABOUT EACH OF THE SONGS ON THE 10 INCH LP. THIS IS IN NICE CLEAN CONDITION WITH A SMALL CREASE TO THE TOP RIGHT CORNER OF IT AND A TINY PIN HOLE IN TOP RIGHT CORNER RIGHT BY EDGE BUT AS YOU CAN SEE FROM THE PIC IT IS IN NICE CONDITION.
The postage costs for this LP is £2.90 if in the UK and a bit more if elsewhere. I will reduce the postage costs for multiple purchases.

On 20-Sep-08 at 11:04:47 BST, seller added the following information:I have been advised by a bidder that this is actually a 2nd issue of this as the first ones were in Blue and White sleeve not the black and white one.

The insert is infact a glued in insert as seen in picture which has info about each track, and doesnt have any pin holes in.(the fold open paper insert is with another Lps I have listed and forgot to change that part of the listing)
