Description

EVERYBODY DIGS BILL EVANS ORIGINAL 1959 FIRST PRESSING STEREO MICROGROOVE LP ON RIVERSIDE

This original STEREOPHONIC pressing is Riverside Records  RLP 1129. It is a first USA pressing stereo Microgroove LP issued in 1959 when stereo was in it's infancy. Very few early stereo Jazz LP's were pressed and very few survive today.

The vinyl is in VG condition with some scuffs / wear that does not effect play. There are some typical light pops and clicks and the record plays through very nicely without skips.

Bill Evans, piano
Sam Jones, bass
Philly Joe Jones, drums
New York, December 15, 1958

The sleeve is in VG++ condition no seam splits.  There is some shelf wear on the rear of the cover which may be seen in the image. A tiny pen mark in the lower right rear corner. The black and silver Riverside Stereophonic labels are in very nice condition.

This is the original deep groove HIGH FIDELITY STEREOPHONIC Record!

This fine original vinyl LP record would make a great addition to any Jazz collection.  This is a rare opportunity to purchase the classic Everybody Digs Bill Evans in a first pressing stereo version.

This is not a bootleg or reissue, it is guaranteed authentic and original.
