100% Original Vintage Very Scarce First Pressing of Sun Records # 210 ELVIS PRESLEY 45 RPM Record on the Sun Record label - GOOD ROCKIN' TONIGHT and I DON'T CARE IF THE SUN GOES DOWN with multiple label Errors and pushmarks! Recorded September 1954 at SUN Studios in Memphis, Tennessee with Elvis Presley and Scotty & Bill ( Scotty Moore / Bill Black ).
Label is complete with the original three pushmarks push marks. This is the very rare FIRST PRESSING of this record with RARE ERRORS in the label that were corrected in later versions. The errors found on this label include: U-131 210 in the left portion of the label but no publishing house credits listed. Also, songwriter Roy Brown's first name is misspelled as 'Ray'.
Poor Vintage Used Condition. (see photos) NOT play tested, very scratchy. Was much loved and played LOTS by original teenage girl owner, so there are LOTS of needle scratches, both deep and shallow, as well as many scuffs, scrapes and some small edge dings. Record is Fully intact - no cracks or breaks, and is nice and flat with no warp. Label has lots of wear (scuffing) from use and age. There are 2 small price sticker labels, one on top of the other on the Good Rockin Tonight side. Plain Generic Vintage Paper Sleeve, yellowed. If this record were in mint condition, it could sell for thousands. Even in this poor condition here, this is a very important original vintage piece of early American Rock and Roll / 50's Rockabilly musical history, and will likely continue to appreciate more with time. Would look great as a framed music Elvis 45rpm or rock-n-roll collectible perhaps!
