The inside of the bi-fold has 3 pictures from each story with captions

The back of the sleeve has a synopsis about Little Orley and Uncle Lumpy also has titles of other children's Decca records

Record 1 labels are yellow and white with black writing and pink and white with black writing

Record 2 labels are orange and white with black writing and green and white with black writing

• Sleeve: VG- VG-VG- VG- (All sides have crease from records. Front has bottom right corner and top right & left edges torn off. Tape on all closed edges. Tears and small pieces torn off along open edges)
• Records: VGVG VG-VG- (Record 1 Side 1 & 2 has surface noise, Record 2 Sides 3 & 4 has quite a bit of surface noise, can still hear clearly)
• Labels: VGVG VGVG (All 4 labels has pencil scribbling and a bit of wear around center hole)
