Original 7-inch 45 rpm U.S. 1st pressing by THE DREAMERS from 1955.  Great and super rare 2 sider.  Vinyl is visually NM (absolutely beautiful gloss), but there is a partial edge heat rash confined only to the cue-in area that has no effect on playability of the music.
