Labels are yellow and red with blue and white writing. Also has a picture of two young children dancing with two animals.
The front cover has colorful Picture of Santa Claus carrying a bag of toys, ringing bells. He is walking through the snow with his sleigh and reindeer on the side of him
The back of the sleeve has names of other bonus play records and tells about the record.
