- Record: VG-VG- (Both sides have quite a bit of surface noise, Side 2 has some skip 1/2 way through 1st track, can still hear clearly on both sides)
- Labels: VG+VG++ (Side 1 has a bit of wear around center hole. Side 2 has a white label with "Williams Free LIbrary Beaver Dam, Wisconsin 53914" typed on it)
- Sleeve: VGVG (Wear along edges and corners with tape on top and bottom edges. Crease on front in back in middle bottom)
