This record was the groups first record released in 1964. It lead to the group getting a contract with RCA-see below
"An independently pressed single pairing a cover of the Beatles’ All My Loving with Cheryl, a Buddy Holly-esque Nicholls original, was followed by a bona fide recording contract with RCA Victor’s Canada International arm.
In what now seems an impossibly quaint marketing strategy, the label issued three singles by the group almost simultaneously early in 1965, with picture sleeves — a rare extravagance at the time. One of the 45s, My Delight — a No. 5 hit here — was an irresistible slice of Searchers-styled pop; another, One Love, Your Love, was a persuasive, full-speed garage rocker. Ballads like Chances and Don’t Ask Me to Be True were fresh, tuneful slow-dance cues."

Grading is based on the following criteria
Mint = store stock new
Near Mint - = near new with only one or two small insignificant defects
Excellent = extremely nice. Would be Near Mint, except for A couple light hairlines or scuffs, which do not affect play
VG++ = extremely nice. a few light hairline scratches or scuffs, which do not affect play
VG+ = a nice, but used record that may have a series of light scuffs or scratches. It probably plays with a few pops, but has no serious problems.
VG = a well-used record that still sounds OK when played, but may have moderate surface noise, pops, etc.
VG- = a very well-worn record that plays through without skipping, but will do until a better copy comes along.
