VERY RARE! Buddy Holly "WELL...ALL RIGHT" b/w "HEARTBEAT " CDN 78 rpm Pop Rock on Coral Records #62051.
These two tracks were the last to be released during Holly's lifetime. "Well...All Right" was written by Holly and The Crickets and features Holly on acoustic guitar, Jerry Allison on brushed cymbals and triangle, and Joe Mauldin on drums. "Heartbeat" was written by Montgomery/Petty.
Since it was released on or around November 12, 1958 there was likely NO US copy published. Last known sale of this elusive track was in 2010 for a UK pressing. THERE ARE NO KNOWN SALES DURING THE PAST MANY YEARS OF THIS CDN CORAL PRESSING!
Brian Miller, a music writer, wrote that "Well...All Right" was one of the greatest recordings ever made by a pop/rock singer and feels it to be an essential track for any music collection.
NOTE: This track was part of large record collections from various sources including a radio station library that went back many years. I will be listing 45's, 78's, 33's over the next several days and all were from this radio station!
When possible, I will include label sleeve AND the original radio station heavy cardboard 78 rpm sleeve! All my records are hand cleaned and shipped in a 200 mil poly bag. If picture sleeve is included, record will be shipped out of the sleeve.
