Description

For Auction, A Beautiful Copy Of the Fantastic and very Rare Imperial LP By the Incredible Smiley Lewis, titled I Hear You Knocking. The disc is in E+ with no signs of play wear. The spindle is just about mark free, indicating the LP has seen little playing. The cover is also in E+ shape, with no seam splits. Smiley Lewis was an incredible singer, and he recorded the original I Hear You Knocking, before Fats Domino covered it, and had a bigger hit.  You will be hard pressed to find a copy of this LP in better shape than this copy. This is another record that has been sitting on my shelf for many years, and now it is time to pass it on.
