Are you a Brandi Carlile fan? Don’t pass up this ONE-OF-A-KIND offer!

100% of the proceeds will be donated to the Seattle Lifelong AIDS Alliance for the 2007 AIDS Walk. For verification, please see my walk page at: http://www.lifelongevents.org/site/TR/?pg=personal&fr_id=1160&px=1020163

To help me raise $10,000 for the upcoming Seattle AIDS walk on September 29th – Brandi Carlisle is donating her voice. For the highest bidder, Brandi will record your outgoing voice mail message. Any greeting you would like recorded. You provide the voice mail instructions and requested greeting (eg: Hi, this is Brandi Carlile. Jane Jones is unavailable to take your call at this time…) and she will record the message for you.

This is a ONE OF A KIND offer you won't find this anywhere else!! Far too unique to pass up!!

About Brandi:
Brandi Carlile is an incredibly talented singer and songwriter with a rare voice that is consistently spilling over with honesty, purity, and passion. Her dynamic range is truly exceptional and on par with the likes of k.d. lang, Bonnie Raitt, Patsy Cline, Beth Orton, Linda Ronstadt, and Aimee Mann.

In 2005, she was featured on Rolling Stone's "10 Artists to Watch in 2005" list. By the end of 2006, Carlile had embarked on several headlining tours and supported a variety of artists including Ray LaMontagne, Indigo Girls, The Fray, Chris Isaak, Tori Amos, and Shawn Colvin.

Carlile was exposed to a wider audience when ABC's Grey's Anatomy showcased three of her songs: "Tragedy," "What Can I Say," and "Throw It All Away". In April 2007, Grey's Anatomy debuted a version of the video for the single The Story interspersed with footage from the show. On May 3, 2007, a special two-hour episode of "Grey's Anatomy" featured Carlile's song "Turpentine" during footage of the "Grey's Anatomy" spin-off, Private Practice.

Her second album, The Story, was released in April 2007 and includes a collaboration with the Indigo Girls on "Cannonball." "The Story", came out by accident and was a direct result of the way the album was recorded. Carlile herself describes the vocals as "technically wrong but emotionally right."

Remember, 100% of the proceeds go to a great cause!
--Bid high - Bid often!!  Good luck!--

On Sep-21-07 at 21:22:28 PDT, seller added the following information:

To bring my auctions into full compliance for fundraising - I wanted to add that I have an official letter from Lifelong AIDS Alliance which states that they fully endorse / confirm my auctions, my registration in the AIDS Walk, and that 100% of the proceeds will be provided directly to them once all auctions end.

I can't figure out how to add this letter directly to my auction - so if you would like validation of this effort, please email me and I will send it to you. Thank you!
