Included is the original booklet and binder
Records are in excellent ++ condition (they are beautiful BUT Could use a good cleaning)
The binder (cover) appears to have absorbed some moisture from pressing up agents a basement wall it is discolored on the edge as you can see in the pictures
They have been in storage for many years and the do have a slightly musty smell and could use a good airing out.
