THIS IS A REAL BEATLES A ODDITY. From 1964, this is an ORIGINAL 45 by the FOUR SEASONS. "Stay"/"Good Night My Love". On VEE JAY RECORDS #582. HOWEVER, the B-side LABEL is "PLEASE PLEASE ME" by the BEATLES (VEE JAY 581).  BOTH sides play the FOUR SEASONS. Record is VG, plays great. Labels are VERY CLEAN.
