RARE ARCHIVE CONDITION - Augustus Pablo - Ital Dub 1975 UK Trojan First Press TRLS.115 Reggae, Dub
From my collection - This superb copy of the rare UK first pressing of this classic album, Trojan TRLS.115, A - 1U, B - 1U matrix suffixes.
The front of the unlaminated sleeve would certainly conservatively grade as EX+ if not NM. It has two very tiny corner bumps. NO storage wear. Minimal ring-wear (which is only visible if the sleeve is held at a certain angle to the light). The spine is not pinched and the entry edge has very little wear. The spine is clearly readable.
The rear of the sleeve is identical to the front in terms of grading. This 1975 first Trojan edition was pressed by James Upton Ltd, England. Printing credit as on picture.
The vinyl is without doubt NM. White / orange smooth labels with dark blue text. On play grading today there was some minimal static on the run in on both sides but nothing audible, maybe a rare pop or click (certainly noting to spoil the enjoyment of this album - even at high volume), during the remainder of the album including between the tracks. It plays superbly with very strong audio. The surface is very clean, glossy and shiny, no noticeable marks, a superb copy that grades NEAR MINT!
