Description

Here’s a rare audiophile LP by Eiji Kitamura entitled “Swing Sessions”. It’s a Japanese pressing on the RCA Victor label, number RDCE-10, Direct Master Series. Disc looks VG++ on side one and VG+ on side two due to some scuff lines that don’t affect play. I did notice some surface noise on side two, track one, though I don’t see anything on the record that would cause this. Perhaps it’s something that happened during pressing. Aside from that the record sounds great, fantastic upbeat clarinet based jazz, and this disc was mastered LOUDLY. Cover shows light edge wear.
