In addition to the description of condition below, I brought this to a record reseller to look at and grade. He graded the cover as NM because it was still in the shrink wrap, and the record itself as VG++ to NM. The scratch that is mentioned and shown in the pictures does not cause a skip. He also indicated this was an original issue from the early 1960s and very rare.
Cover still has shrink wrap though it shows some minor wear in the corners. The back has some writing at the lower corner where wrap was pulled away. Sleeve is in excellent condition. Record appears to be near new except for a surface scratch on one track on side 1. See photo. The white spots are dust.
We are retiring, downsizing, and selling several hundred Vinyl LPs, all of which were purchased when released in the late 1960s, 70s, and 80s. They are much loved and all are used. We are not professional LP sellers, and the description is the best we can do. Any changes to this information will be posted in the description of the actual album. We are unable to test LPs.
Note: If the description above mentions surface scratches it means that there are marks on the vinyl, likely from the needle, and cannot be felt. They have not been played in years but I do not recall any with skips.
