SHIPPING: The Company ships via USPS within the continental USA after confirmation of payment in full. Delivery time varies depending on the Purchaser’s location. Insurance is offered and is at the Purchaser’s option. If the Purchaser chooses to have the item(s) insured, the cost of insurance will be added to the sale price. If the Purchaser chooses not to have the item(s) insured the Purchaser accepts responsibility for the risk of loss in shipping. For locations outside the continental United States or other questions pertaining to shipping arrangements, please contact the Company. DISPUTES: Any controversy or claim arising out of or relating to this Agreement, or the breach thereof, shall be settled by arbitration in the County of Westchester, New York State in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, applying the laws of the State of New York and judgment upon the award rendered may be entered and enforced in any court having jurisdiction. MISCELLANEOUS: This Agreement sets forth the entire understanding between the Company and the Purchaser with respect to the subject matter hereof. Except as expressly set forth herein, no representation has been made by or relied upon by the Purchaser; and this Agreement may not be changed or modified except in a writing signed by the Company and the Purchaser. This Agreement may be executed in one or more counterparts, and by the Company and the Purchaser in separate counterparts, each of which when executed shall be deemed to be an original but all of which taken together shall constitute one and the same agreement. The Company seeks feedback to ensure purchasing on E-bay is an enjoyable experience. By agreeing to purchase the item(s) from the Company, you are agreeing to all of the above terms and conditions.
