Genuine UK issue “Not a bootleg”
On offer here is a genuine UK original U2 picture disc titled “WAR” on the ISLAND label No. PILPS 9733.
Determining this as a genuine UK release the following are points that clarify.
1. Matrix Number/catalogue number are machine stamped and are as follows. ILPS 9733 A-1U-1- & B-1U-1.
2 Also machine stamped in the dead wax is ‘TOWNHOUSE”
3. Black rim around the edge.
Disc comes housed in a plastic cover.
