Description
Excellent, VERY RARE (only 3000-pressed!) 1975 Rock LP by JOHN LENNON entitled "John Lennon Sings The Roots Of Rock & Roll" on Adam VIII Records (#A8018, Stereo). Rare, sold through TV-Only unauthorized album containing recordings from Lennon's oldies project - including different mixes and tracks not offered on the later Apple release. The Matrix number is lightly etched in the dead wax (like it's supposed to be), the Bell Sound Logo is also stamped in the dead wax (like it's supposed to be), the cover is made of poster board - not cardboard (like it's supposed to be), and there is printing on the spine ("John Lennon Sings The Greatest Rock & Roll Hits"). Also included is the original Company Inner Paper Sleeve advertising other releases. Condition: Cover = solid VG+ (light wear, no seam splits), Record = beautiful VG+ (very light paper scuffs - plays through fine!). Winning bidder to add $3.50 postage in the USA.
