We mail all paid items ONE WEEK after auctions end. Please keep in mind our listings are time consuming in detail and we are often traveling to find these gems, which at times delays the delivery schedule by a day or two. We ALWAYS process and ship every paid order. We have no control over parcels once they are mailed from our local Post Office.Overseas mail to some countries (Italy, Russia, France, in particular) has become very slow. Opening a dispute for slow mail is unacceptable and will result in blocking the bidder. We work hard to provide excellent service as is represented by our 8000 plus positive feedback.   We use a VPI machine and thoroughly clean all records. Each order is carefully packaged by removing the LP from the jacket to avoid seam splits, use of 3 ml plastic cover sleeves over each LP and jacket, cardboard pad inserts, and placed in sturdy record mailers for safe delivery.   We take Customer Service seriously, and want you to be satisfied. BEAUTIFUL *CLEAN* & RARE 1971 British 'Harvest' label Original first pressing with textured gatefold cover...

Third album by the legendary exotic progressive rock band EAST OF EDEN, they were one of Englands more interesting underground bands at the cusp of 1970...

By the time this third album came out, EAST OF EDEN had changed from one progressive label Deram to another Harvest

Wonderful Feeling is a first hint of a change in a slight rural progressive feel emanating by leader Dave Arbus's sweeping violin. Goodbye actually is a fairly pleasant track that could easily fit on Traffic's LowSparkOfHighHeeledBoys album and you will agree that this is quite a reference. Next up is the almost 7min Crazy Daisy, is a relatively harder edged rocking tune with Arbus switching to the reeds and new guitarist pulling in a good scorching solo in the middle and a good Spanish drama feel a bit reminiscent of Cream's Deserted Cities Of The Heart or an early Colosseum track.

Side 2 starts on rather straightforward "Here Comes The Day" that again makes you thing of Cream - mostly the Jack Bruce-like vocals - then Take What You Need has some pleasant qualities, and the slight ruralrocking flavor comes back a bit, thinking of the Allman Bros. No Time is another track that resolutely hints at Blind Faith, Traffic, and Cream or even a less crazed Family. This is certainly no coincidence but also mainly due again to David Jack's voice but not only that the playing behind is strong and brilliant. The closing track "To Mrs V" is another rocker in the style of Crazy Daisy with solid execution...

This third album has many charms and holds interest for progressive rock fans.

CONDITION: The cover: The fragile UK product is the highly textured gatefold cover first printing and is clean M- ...no problems, so quite collectible 41 year old artifact... 

The vinyl: is all glossy over both sides; "EX" (excellent) clean...has some nothing light inner sleeve scuffs, hardly can see ... looks and plays fantastic ... clean Harvest labels too ...grab it
