PLEASE READ BEFORE BIDDING: Please read the entire auction listing, including shipping costs, before writing to ask a question. OUR GOAL IS CUSTOMER SATISFACTION. In the unlikely instance that you feel the need to open a resolution dispute before working with us, you will immediately be blocked from any further chance to acquire the rare music we present each and every week. Payment is required within seven days. We mail all paid items ONE WEEK after auctions end. Please keep in mind our listings are time consuming in detail and we are often traveling to find these gems, which at times delays the delivery schedule by a day or two. We ALWAYS process and ship every paid order. We have no control over parcels once they are mailed from our local Post Office.Overseas mail to some countries (Italy, Russia, France, in particular) has became very slow. Opening a dispute for slow mail is unacceptable and will result in blocking the bidder. We work hard to provide excellent service as is represented by our 8000 plus positive feedback. We use a VPI machine and thoroughly clean all records. Each order is carefully packaged by removing the LP from the jacket to avoid seam splits, use of 3 ml plastic cover sleeves over each LP and jacket, cardboard pad inserts, and placed in sturdy record mailers for safe delivery. We take Customer Service seriously, and want you to be satisfied. ...Original 1970 first pressing by hard underground rock obscurity by the dominating heavy organ & guitar band LOST NATION... very raw sounding, absent of much appreciable production, but this only adds to its underground appeal.
Don't let the cover of this obscure Detroit album put you off - it depicts the band behind a balustrade on whose lower wall is graffiti on a predominantly ecological theme, but this is no hippie-rock, or back-to-nature concept album. This is serious progressive rock, soundwise somewhere between Uriah Heep and Rare Bird - busy keyboards, strong vocals, neoclassical movements, and some excellent heavy guitar. Including Ron Stults, formerly of revered heavy garage kings The Unrelated Segments. Craig Webb also had a spell in Frijid Pink.The respected psych album crosses into progressive rock in the style of early European heavy prog rock organ/guitar jams, while still retaining a real USA psychedelic sound. It is often with memorable melodic tunes that florish in a heavy style with plenty of Hammond organ. There is plenty of great riffing and soloing and their sound sometimes resembles another Michigan group - the more known SRC, especially on their "Traveler's Tale" album. Tall Ivory Castle

CONDITION: The Cover: Solid all over & strong original colors, TOP COPY M- has no bends, No split seams and no writing ... hard to find a better copy = crisp and clean.
The Vinyl: LISTEN UP ... this IS a MINT copy, but has a manufacturing issue in the dead wax at very edge of disc, so has to manually (by hand) placed on first track on each side, all songs track fine and all tracks play minty clean ... both labels (promo text) are clean ...
