Our listings are time consuming in detail and we are often traveling to find these gems, which at times delays the delivery schedule by a day or two. We ALWAYS process and ship every paid order. We have no control over parcels once they are mailed from our local Post Office. Overseas mail to some countries (Italy, Russia, France, in particular) has become very slow. Opening a dispute for slow mail is unacceptable.

Each order is carefully packaged by removing the LP from the jacket to avoid seam splits, use of 3 ml plastic cover sleeves over each LP and jacket, cardboard pad inserts, and placed in sturdy record mailers for safe delivery. Brooding and intense, JOSEPH delivers the STONE AGE MAN album like no other blues-rocker
...an amazing mixture of hard-blues, primitive hard-rock with obvious psychedelic influences. The husky voice of Joseph is powerful and wild.
The tracks are excellent. There is a great cover of "House of the Rising Son" but that's just the filling....
- Apparently JOSEPH was discovered playing in a Houston, Texas battle of the blues bands competition.
- Signing a contract with Scepter Records, Joseph's 1970 ONLY LP "Stoned Age Man" was recorded in Memphis' famed American Studios.
- The bulk of the album has a hard 'n' heavy garage bluesy feel to it. JOSEPH has a killer ragged growl and a blazing guitar that compliments one another, giving tracks such as "Trick Bag", his adaptation of "The House of the Rising Sun" and the title track considerable kick. The collection's also pretty cool in that JOSEPH writes some of the strangest lyrics we've ever heard - check out the bizarre "I Ain't Fattenin' No More Frogs for Snakes" and the sitar-propelled "Cold Biscuits and Fish Heads".
