Payment is required within seven days. We mail all paid items ONE WEEK after auctions end. Please keep in mind our listings are time consuming in detail and we are often traveling to find these gems, which at times delays the delivery schedule by a day or two. We ALWAYS process and ship every paid order. We have no control over parcels once they are mailed from our local Post Office.Overseas mail to some countries (Italy, Russia, France, in particular) has became very slow. Opening a dispute for slow mail is unacceptable and will result in blocking the bidder. We work hard to provide excellent service as is represented by our 8000 plus positive feedback. We use a VPI machine and thoroughly clean all records. Each order is carefully packaged by removing the LP from the jacket to avoid seam splits, use of 3 ml plastic cover sleeves over each LP and jacket, cardboard pad inserts, and placed in sturdy record mailers for safe delivery. We take Customer Service seriously, and want you to be satisfied. Sought after Los Angeles California local pressing issued in 1969 - probably one of those limited 500 pressings ala Justice Records issues that were sold at clubs where the band played along with a few select L.A. area record stores. Gotten to be pretty rare, we haven't seen another copy in many years now...if you dig the sound of the MARY BUTTERWORTH LP, similar style here with the surging Hammond organ/guitar structures, bluesy overtones.... Featuring the same psychedelic cover design as rare LP White Light from around the same time period, The PHILIOSOPHERS weer 4 cats from the Los Angeles area, rumored to be x-Vietnam GI's, recording their only album. The Philiosophers "After Sundown" has that charming primitive production, a local pressing featuring a groovy stoned-psoul garage sound with lots of gushy swells of Hammond organ, fuzz/lead guitar and plenty of moody blues with psychy edge highlighted by a tripped-out backwards number. The 8 tracks are all original compositions drenched in the "underground rock sound" with the obvious late '60s style. The lead off 8:25 minute track "The Law Of Love" sets the mood of the album. It’s featured in Hans Pokora’s 3001 Record Collector Dreams (with a 3 stars rating for rarity) and the Acid Archives book. The vinyl: Clean and glossy over both sides, rated: "EX" (excellent)...plays clean, expect play grade to be with very enjoyable audio...NO distracting surface problems ... both PHILO Spectrum labels are clean with exception of a number on one side (minor)
