Description
A truly VERY RARE item if authentic, a whole band signed original American first pressing cover of "Axis: Bold As Love". The inner gatefold features what appears to be the signatures of all three members of The Jimi Hendrix Experience by their respective heads in the centerfold. Everything as pictured. This is for the cover only, does NOT come with disc.
I CANNOT verify that these signatures are indeed authentic. I came upon this cover in a large collection and it came with no provenance. That being said, I'm selling it As-Is. Upon doing some light research, the signatures do look similar to some that were proven authentic but of course I can't be sure. Bid accordingly.
Condition of the cover is Used, there are no seam splits but there is some heavy seam wear on the top and bottom seams as well as some wear in the center of spine. Some corner wear as well, ring wear visible. Front picture does present well. Cover is solid for its age.
