Description
RARE 1968 DOCTOR BIRD issue 45 DB 1112 "MISS CUSHIE" by JUNIOR SOUL with LYNN TAIT & THE JETS backed with "DR PAUL" by LYNN TAIT & THE JETS.
This is one of many Reggae-Blue Beat-Ska 45's I will be selling from my own collection (none of which have been cleaned or skimmed),many of them are not listed in Record Collector Price Guide.
The record is in excellent condition,bright and shiny with only a few very light marks here and there on the A side - the B side is very clean with only an odd mark.The centre labels are excellent as you can see from the scans with only a slight amount of wear on the spindle hole.
I have played all my 45's on a very light weight portable record player - this has no bass sound only treble and is very tinny,but the advantage is that it picks up all the crackles.So when you play it through your sound system you can wind up the bass - lose the treble and let it rock.
Sound quality on this 45 is excellent with only the odd crackle here and there on the A side - there is a slight crackle on the intro to the B side and after just the odd bit.
