Payment is required within seven days. We mail all paid items ONE WEEK after auctions end. Please keep in mind our listings are time consuming in detail and we are often traveling to find these gems, which at times delays the delivery schedule by a day or two. We ALWAYS process and ship every paid order. We have no control over parcels once they are mailed from our local Post Office.Overseas mail to some countries (Italy, Russia, France, in particular) has became very slow. Opening a dispute for slow mail is unacceptable and will result in blocking the bidder. We work hard to provide excellent service as is represented by our 8000 plus positive feedback. We use a VPI machine and thoroughly clean all records. Each order is carefully packaged by removing the LP from the jacket to avoid seam splits, use of 3 ml plastic cover sleeves over each LP and jacket, cardboard pad inserts, and placed in sturdy record mailers for safe delivery. We take Customer Service seriously, and want you to be satisfied. The FANTASTIC and Original 1966 first pressing in glorious MONO of the super rated 1st SAUTERELLES album that comes highly recommended to ANYONE remotely ito the sounds of the sixties - this one is world class stuff (going rated for a clean copy can fetch in the $300-$400 + range in a hurry )
The Swiss '60s "garage/beat" band have sometimes been mistakenly identified as a British group due to their quite catchy style of British garage-beat sounds led by cool reverby & fuzz guitar along with with high harmonies, psychedelic lyrics, and driving grooves. The band had actually been recording since 1965, and established themselves as one of Switzerland's best and most popular groups. The tracks are all filled with a brash energy that makes the record stand out above the scores of similar covers-oriented albums produced around the globe during the era.The raw, almost punky cover of "Cheryl's Going Home" is terrific, and arguably better than the prototypes by the Blues Project; not far behind is the moody reading of "No No No," a power-chord pounder originally performed by the obscure British Invasion group the Sorrows. Dylan's "Desolation Row" and "She Belongs to Me" are given British mod-type arrangements that, while they will most likely find no favor with most Dylan fans, including mesmerizing backwards guitar leads and have a refreshing irreverence that most Dylan covers lack...

CONDITION: The Cover: very fragile flimsy cover is amazing to stil be in once piece, for that matter is solid, even so with ring wear and two pieces of tape at top & bottom right and old import sticker on front cover... otherwise decent collectible, especially with the excllent playing vinyl(see below)...grade the cover a servicable VG ...has NO split seams, no writing, no delete marks .... and strong graphics...
The Vinyl: surprisingly clean and glossy, rated VG++ there are no sctatches to cause problems, so plays in nice enjoyable "EX" (excellent) range with no distractions from surface or groove wear...a collection worthy keeper here ...both labels are clean despite some spindle marks
