Description

Here is a MEGA RARE album from my collection offered up for sale:  Bill Haley and The Comets album "Rock Around The Clock", released in 1955 by Decca Records DL 8255 MONO. This is a RARE promotional 1st pressing, features "Sample Copy" pink radio station labels on rigid vinyl, valued for it's rarity, a collectable 62 year old album from one of the fathers of Rock and Roll, at the birth of a new rock n' roll era! cool!

The vinyl grades G+, is super clean and glossy, has some faint sleeve marks and a few small needle marks, has a couple heavier feel-able marks, has been PLAY TESTED! Plays from start to finish with very good sound quality, bright clear sound with a few pops where needle marks are, no jumps, no skips, NO hiss or annoying surface noise! This record still delivers a very enjoyable listen! 
The cover rates VG+, clean and bright front cover with minimal ring wear, edges and corners have only light wear but top and bottom seams neatly repaired with clear tape (barely noticeable), binder edge is still readable, no signatures or writing, back has some light age discoloration at edges, has been a well cared for 62 year old cover!!
