BLIND ARTHUR 78 " Guitar Chimes / Blind Arthur's Breakdown " PARAMOUNT #12892 78 RPM 1929. RARE and hard to find. The only record listed for him in the guides. Blues guitar on both sides. Fairly decent condition. Still reasonably shiny. It has some scattered scratches and scuffs and smudges on both sides. Some can be felt. Nothing really bad here. A tiny chip on the rim that doesn't extend into the play area. A bit of wear and spindle tracks on the labels. It plays with "sizzling/crackling" and an occasional pop/tick but no skips or hesitations. His guitar comes through fairly well despite the background noise.
