Description
This is a rare opportunity to purchase a very rare studio acetate recording by RANDY NEWMAN on the Schroeder Music Publishing Company label circa 1971. This haunting song entitled "Happy New Year" is written and sung by Randy Newman. It was NEVER released by Randy on any record.
This demo acetate is very rare. You can hear a section of the song on the attached video, but you can hear the whole track on Youtube, (so someone else must have a copy of this demo).The recording is in remarkable condition despite it's age, with very little deterioration in sound quality. I would say VG.
