RAMONES Rocket To Russia LP 1977  U.S. pressing Sire SR 6042 EXC cond Vinyl ! w orig.  Cartoon Sleeve


From my original purchase personal collection. Has been in dry storage over 40 years. I'm getting ready to move and simply can't take 100's of records with me . Please see my feedback.


NOTE...STERILING IS STAMPED on runoff, and nothing else,  indicating  a Winchester or Jacksonville pressing,  front what  I could gather...


VINYL  is Excellent condition. plays and sounds great. I only played this record a couple times before committing it to high quality cassette tape, as we  used to like to do..I still have the tape!! Labels are as shown., the black "marks" around the spindle hole  appeared to be a manufacturing defect, and not actual stains, as I recall.


COVER is as shown with some  age mellowing, storage  edgewear, and a 1 inch worn spot at middle of spine, which was touched up with ink, as shown. Overall nice shape for its age, and considering I was only 16 at the time I got it.....now an OG Rocker...


CLASSIC ORIGINAL INNER CARTOON SLEEVE has the wear as shown,  the one corner had a tear on both sides (Do ya wanna dance/ Cretin hop ) as shown, (I think Sheena may have done that, at a party) but had been carefully "repaired " with some clear glue from  the inside of the  sleeve, so it wouldn't "flap around" ...and no, I did not "sniff the glue" , (but I wanted to) and hey, what's a punk relic without a tear somewhere ? Record can still be inserted easily into  the sleeve now of course.


Many different versions of this record exist of corse, I bought this record  when it very first came out in 77 , check the record labels carefully for reference.....


So there you got it, a fun, great sounding classic album of all time !
