  VINYL CONDITION LOOKS AND PLAYS:

Strong VG+ A few shaded spots that have No affect on play

Note that both sides were written by Clint Coleman who also wrote both of the songs on the DeBow Unicorn Project 45, as Clinton Coleman. "Duck Walk" was co-written by the great Cliff Butler who owned the label and later became The Rev. Clifford Butler. He passed away in 1981 with a discography  full of his very own recordings.
Advanced age & declining health is leading me to sell some
of my collection of thousands of local/regional recordings. There will be some rare ones: they were not so rare or hard to find 40+ years ago when I first started the collection ;-) But, there's nothing as rare as my only
copy of The Aristocrats - Don't Go...it's gone :-(
