On offer here is a very rare LP (especially in this condition!!!!) by Ralph McTell called "Spiral Staircase" and is an INCREDIBLY rare UK 1969 1st pressing on the 1st Press Transatlantic label!!!  THIS LP IS MASSIVELY RARE AND INCREDIBLY HARD TO FIND AS A GENIUNE 1969 1ST PRESSING!!!!  WHILST LATER PRESSINGS DO TURN UP FAIRLY REGULARLY - THESE ARE ON A DIFFERENT LABEL AND OF COURSE ARE MISSING THE INSERT!!!!  MOST COPIES OF THIS LP WERE ACTUALLY SOLD LATER IN THE 1970s WHEN RALPH McTELL BECAME MORE POPULAR - AND AS A RESULT FINDING A GENIUNE 1969 1ST PRESSING WITH ITS ORIGINAL ALL IMPORTANT INSERT IS VIRTUALLY IMPOSSIBLE TODAY!!!!  NOT ONLY THAT BUT THIS LP IS IN BRILLIANT CONDITION!!!!  THIS IS THE 1969 UK 1ST PRESSING ON THE 1ST PRESS TRANSATLANTIC LABEL, 1ST PRESS INNER SLEEVE, 1ST PRESS A1/B1 MATRIX ENDINGS, MEGA RARE 1ST PRESS INSERT, AND 1ST PRESS LAMINATED COVER!!!!  THIS LP IS MASSIVELY RARE AND INCREDIBLY HARD TO FIND AS A GENIUNE 1969 1ST PRESSING - SO DONT MISS OUT ON THIS MEGA RARE OPPORTUNITY!!!! The Cat. No is TRA 177 on the ORIGINAL 1st Press Transatlantic label (see picture) and is a 1969 Stereo 1st Pressing (there were NO Monos)!!!!

The record labels are in STUNNING condition (see pictures) with NO writing, NO wear, and only a VERY few light spindle marks!!!!  IT IS VERY CLEAR THAT THIS RECORD HASNT BEEN PLAYED MUCH AT ALL!!!! The vinyl is in BRILLIANT condition!!!!  Most of these 60s LPs had been to a lot of wild parties and are usually found totally worn out, and almost unplayable. This one is NOT and has NO scratches, only 2 or 3 ULTRA faint wispy hairlines (only visible under EXTREME light), a few TINY surface traces, and only a VERY few of the lightest paper scuffs only visible under light!!!! THE RECORD STILL RETAINS ITS ORIGINAL 'JUST PRESSED' LOOK!!!! It is also great to find that the playing of the record is as STUNNING as the visual!!!!  It plays with NO nasty loud pops, NO jumps, NO sticks, NO hiss, and barely ANY crackle AT ALL!!!!  Not only that but the sound quality is simply AWESOME with NO groovewear either and NO distortion!!!!  The record must grade Very Good++++ if not better!!!! Believe me this record is NOT overgraded in ANY way!!!! I use STRICT RC grading standards - it is not in my interest not to!!!! Brillant!!!!  The record also comes in its ORIGINAL 1st Press inner sleeve!!!!  THE MEGA RARE 1ST PRESS INSERT IS IN SUPERB CONDITION AND CLEARLY HASNT EVER LEFT THE COVER!!!!  The 1st Press Laminated Cover is in GREAT condition!!!!  It has NO edge wear, NO spinal wear, only slight corner wear (NOT through the colour), shiny laminate, only a few light creases (cover is still VERY flat looking), and NO writing!!!!  The opening edge is beautifully straight with NO feathering!!!! Even the unlaminated back is in GREAT condition with NO writing, NO yellowing, NO grubbyness - though there is some typical light rubbing (virtually unavoidable on this unlaminated black backed cover)!!!!   The cover must STRICTLY grade Very Good (PROPERLY graded, NOT trashed) if not better!!!!  THIS LP IS MASSIVELY RARE AND INCREDIBLY HARD TO FIND AS A GENIUNE 1969 1ST PRESSING 100% COMPLETE WITH INSERT - SO DONT MISS OUT ON THIS MEGA RARE OPPORTUNITY!!!!
