RAL DONNER
"Takin' Care of Business..." 1961
Vinyl and labels are NM/Mint and appears the record may not have been played. The jacket is also very nice, with some discolor due to age. It has the original "contains" sticker on the front (See picture).
Label - Gone #LP 5012. The following is paraphrased from Bruce Eder in the "All Music Guide".
RAL DONNER is the classic example of a musician doomed to a marginal career. He came along when Elvis was the quintessentail rock & roll star. - So Val, like so many others, performed in the "Big E's" shadow. He is recognized as the most successful of the Elvis sound-alikes with an uncanny resemblance of Elvis's Rock & Roll ballad style. (Check out his full bio at VH1.com)
