Original 1968 U.S. stereo press of LP on GNP Crescendo label
RAINBOW titled "After the Storm"
CONDITION:
cover: VG++ to Excellent
clean & sharp with tiny bumps to upper corners & cut corner lower right
vinyl: Excellent
clean & glossy ~ no visible marks or scratches ~
2 or 3 tiny dimples in the wax on side 2 ( mfgr) ~ do not affect play
plays excellent with minimal occasional lite surface noise
in several spots ~ very low level ~ nothing that disturbs

"Fuzz, Acid & Flowers":
A short-lived Los Angeles-based project. Their album has a great cover.
The contents incorporate several different styles. All the music is written
by W. David Mohr and much of it is heavy with lots of fuzz guitar reminiscent
of Iron Butterfly. It ranges from heavy soul (I Just Want To Make Love To You);
hippie pop (Leaf Clover); a sorta West Coast sound which seems in places
distinctly similar to Fever Tree's San Francisco Girls (well spotted, Max!);
pretentious pop with lots of keyboards (Midnight Candle); gimmickry with lots
of sound effects (Does Your Head Need Straightening?) to the very pleasant
After The Storm, which has some delighfful soothing piano.
