RAINBOW "AFTER THE STORM" GNP CRESCENDO S-2049 IN THE SHRINK 1968
Very obscure rock band from Los Angeles, Ca. releasing just one album for the tiny Crescendo label, home to the Seeds. Twelve original songs written by keyboard played W David Mohr. Still there is lots of heavy guitar , kinda like Iron Butterfly. Its a diverse record covering lots of styles from hard rock to pop with lots of sound effects included for extra measure. Some beautiful music here also as Mohr was a talented piano player also. Titles range from "Debby's Party", "Love Allusions", "4 Leaf Clover" to "Does Your Head Need Straightening?", "Midnight Candle" and "Everything's Cool", There is also a cover of Willie Dixion's "I just wanna make Love to You' a very hard album to score especially in this Killer Condition Good Luck
