HI,
Quick Change Artist / Give the Man a Chance.  Karen Records.  45-1533. 
Discogs says this is the 1974 re-release but please do your own homework.
This record has been in storage since the early 1980s and is being sold now as I don't have room to keep my collection.
The audio is very listenable with no major issues although you can detect some deterioration with age as you may expect. No nasty clicks or pops though.
The labels are both in pretty good condition with no pen or sticker marks. 
The cover is a generic cardboard one.
I would be happy to answer any questions on condition of the record before you purchase if you wish.
