Shaped Picture Disc in Printed Plastic Sleeve

Estimating that overall (vinyl, paper insert, and printed plastic sleeve) condition is Excellent.

Have had this in my collection for over 20 years I believe.Though I'm not positive, I believe I got this at the 1996 North American Queen Convention.I'm not sure if it's ever been played but I have not ever played it. I looked at the record and did not see any wear, scratches, etc. and the image is vibrantly colored and surrounding the image is clear.
