An item with almost mythical status in Queen fandom.
This single (both the 7" and 12") were planned for release with this sleeve. It seeped out to a few shops (particularly the late, great Woolworths) in the UK. It was then withdrawn and replaced with the familiar red sleeve.
Rumour had it for years it was because of a copyright issue with the photograph - basically, Queen did not want to pay for the photo on the sleeve of their own single! Brian May cleared the issue up years later by stating that he just didn't like the sleeve.
Bid now as this doesn't come up very often.
Valued at £182 on the ever reliable Queen database.
Condition Sleeve - fantastic with very little edge wear and only little bits when the sheen seems to have gone Record - I have not played the vinyl personally but, on sight, it looks really good. There is a bit of whitening on the vinyl colouraton on the B-side.
