This tasty slab 'o wax was issued 1980 on the Mobile Fidelity Sound Lab Label # MFSL 1-067. The vinyl & labels are perfect!!! Crisp black print set against a blank white label with no scuff of any kind! The vinyl is mint pristine, absolutely no scars or scuffs, it's as glossy & brite as the day it was pressed!! As for the sound...well, truly it was music to my ears, the silence is as clean as the song, not one speck of surface noise is to be found on this slab it plays out Mint!! Given a close listen with superior equipment you can actually hear the breath from the horn section on this lp, because it's pressed on super vinyl that is up to five time harder than common wax & it's made only by the JVC Corp. of Japan, it's 100% virgin vinyl that has no memory & mastered at half the speed (16-2/3) so that every droplet of sound is captured from the original master tape and only around 25 thousand copies were pressed worldwide!. Now for the cover, this is a stark white gatefold cover with no ring wear...nuff said? When was the last time you saw this album cover with no ring wear, no splits or stains, a cover that appears showroom new? Hmmmmm? This is a 25 year old lp with no scars, no scratches, no scuffs of any kind!! It's as near to Mint sealed as your gonna get!! The tunes are: Side 1.
