Queen's historic masterpiece ‘A Night at the Opera’ to be reissued as a deluxe 50th anniversary vinyl edition!!
To commemorate the 50th anniversary of the release of Queen's historic album ‘A Night at the Opera’, which reigned supreme in the rock world upon its 1975 release and achieved multi-platinum status, a deluxe vinyl reissue has been announced!! In Japan, it will be released as a direct import edition (color vinyl), strictly limited to 1,500 copies.
Released in November 1975 by the unshakable lineup of Freddie Mercury, Brian May, Roger Taylor, and John Deacon, the album ‘A Night at the Opera’ was Queen's most grandiose artistic statement to date and their most successful album, topping the charts in five countries including the UK.
To commemorate the 50th anniversary of the original release, ‘A Night at the Opera’ will be reissued on luxurious gold-label crystal clear vinyl. In Japan, to coincide with the original UK release date 50 years ago (November 21st), a direct import edition (color vinyl) of ‘A Night at the Opera’ has been confirmed for release, strictly limited to 1,500 copies.
