Description

Up for bid a genuine "Quadraphonic" Vinyl LP SQ Record titled "Mussorgsky", now the particulars, "Pictures at an Exhibition" & "Night on Bald Mountain"!  It's the Saint Louis Symphony Orchestra with Leonard Slatkin Conducting!  If you've never heard Classical Music in Quadraphonic all I can say is WOW!    A quick note: Quadraphonic was the earliest form of Surround Sound where the front two channels are in phase like a normal stereo vinyl record, the two rear channels are out of phase producing (four) distinct mono channels and requiring an SQ Quadraphonic Decoder!  Just a suggestion try putting your (4) speakers in front 1-2-3-4 to see if it sounds better, this medium was almost experimental and different Quadraphonic recording Engineers recorded their stuff differently, some of them liked 1-2-3-4 (all speakers up front) kind of sound, while others placed the vocalist in the middle sound with the band around him, and the two up front, two in the rear sound Sears promoted, so you might want to experiment?
