I HAVE JUST BOUGHT THE BEST NEW WAVE OF BRITISH HEAVY METAL / HEAVY METAL / HARD ROCK COLLECTION I HAVE SEEN IN 35+ YEARS. THIS COLLECTION CAME FROM AN INDUSTRY PERSON WHO WORKED IN THE MUSIC INDUSTRY BETWEEM THE LATE 70'S AND LATE 80'S SPECIALISING IN ONLY NWOBHM / HARD ROCK / METAL ETC....so keep watching over the next few weeks, as a lot of the items I have for sale never been offered before, most come with letters and promo inserts etc....
This is a RARE ONE SIDES TEST PRESSING UK SINGLE by the band QUEEN from 1980, ORIGINAL BARELY PLAYED PRESSING AND A MUST !!!
This is a one sided test pressing (with tone of the other side) of the 1980 single "SAVE ME" with hand written labels and a stamped / written white die cut sleeve !!!
This TEST PRESSING comes with the ORIGINAL WHITE DIE CUT SLEEVE which has the release date 16 Jan 1980 stamped on it, and the matrix EMI 5022A-2U and G written on it, there is also a radio station timing written on the sleeve !!!
The vinyl has the SERATED EDGE around the labels !!!
The label is HAND WRITTEN as you can see in the pictures !!!
This TEST PRESSING single was pressed in 1980 on EMI RECORDS, catalogue number EMI 5022.
The MATRIX NUMBERS ARE ALL MACHINE STAMPED and are: SIDE 1 - EMI 5022 A-2U and G and STRAWBERRY - ALL MACHINE STAMPED, SIDE 2 - LPFM and 2 and 79 machine stamped.
The tracks are: SAVE ME / side 2 has only got a tone on it.
The single comes with the ORIGINAL WHITE DIE CUT SLEEVE and the condition is: VINYL is in EX++ condition (Played once, minor sleeve scuffs only), ORIGINAL DIE CUT SLEEVE is in VG+++ condtion (minor bends).
DON'T LET THIS RARE ONE SIDED TEST PRESSING QUEEN single get away as you will NEVER see another one.
