Description
On offer here is a superb "Complete Works" box set released in 1985. Under a bright light the vinyls are in stunning condition and appear to be unplayed. Without doubt this is one of the best I have seen.
I have play tested Queen and Complete Vision and the audio is of a very high quality and can be graded as Mint Minus. There is no interference and they play with a wonderful clarity, practically as new. They all retain that glossy sheen of new vinyl and have no hairlines or scratches at all.
The box has been extremely well looked after and only has a couple of minor marks and a faint scratch on one side. It is certainly one of the best I have seen and is in very clean condition for 30 years old.
Each sleeve (with embossed Queen crest) is in Mint condition, free of any creases or tears. News of the World and Hot Space do not actually have the crest just the plain white cover which is quite rare to find. Each LP is contained within a die cut polylined sleeve which is rare as so often you find them in plain white inner sleeves. All labels are in great condition apart from the first one, Queen, which is missing a small section.
The box set also includes the three inserts. The first contains the album artwork and a UK single discography and the second is a world map which shows where Queen have appeared in concert and where they have charted. The third has a tour itinerary 1971-1985, a list of equipment they used and food and drink requirements! All are in excellent condition - the itinerary just has a couple of minor marks on the front.
You rarely find this box set in such excellent condition considering it is now 30 years old. A highly collectable item which will only become more rare.

ALL RECORDS ARE PROFESSIONALLY PACKED IN STRONG MAILERS WITH CARDBOARD STIFFENERS. THEY ARE PUT INTO A SEPARATE SLEEVE TO AVOID CUTTING THROUGH THE ORIGINAL. THE COVER AND RECORD ARE THEN PLACED SEPARATELY INSIDE A PVC SLEEVE.
