QUEEN - HAMMER TO FALL 12" SINGLE b/w Tear It Up - Very Rare Live Picture Sleeve - excellent condition (details below) - Original UK release 1984 - EMI - 12QUEEN 4 - A-1-1 / B-1-1 Matrix Numbers

CONDITION

SLEEVE : slight creasing at the corners and light wear along the top edge, otherwise very nice..no sticker marks of tears: EX-

VINYL - RECORD ONE: a couple of very fine surface hairlines, otherwise looks unplayed : EX

VINYL - RECORD TWO:  Beautiful...looks unplayed : EX+

LABELS: some spindle marks around the centre, otherwise lovely: EX

I use RC gradings, although I tend to undergrade, so that the buyer is fully satisfied - I only use the tem 'Mint' if an item is sealed, So many of my EX and EX+ grades might be considered 'Mint' by many
