Records are packed well & secure in extra thick LP mailers with lots of cardboard filler. Records are removed from their jackets (& even removed from printed inner sleeves and placed in generic paper sleeves when applicable) to prevent seam splits during transit. If you are not satisfied with the item(s) you've purchased please contact me ASAP before leaving negative feedback. I am an honest seller and try my best to grade accurately, but as you know grading can be subjective. All grading is visual and done under a 100 watt lamp, unless I've specifically noted that it has been play graded in the description. My grading is generally pretty conservative. I will happily refund your money if you're not satisfied with your item. I usually ship within 2 business days of purchase, if not sooner. International buyers please note that I have no control over the amount of time it takes for your item to arrive. I will not be responsible for lost international packages, the option for Registered Air Mail is available for an additional $12.
