Description
This very early press of A Kind Of Magic (A4/B4) is in stunning condition. Free of any hairlines the vinyl looks stunning under a bright and retains that wonderful glossy sheen of new vinyl.
I have just listened to the entire LP and to say it plays superbly well is an understatement! The intro to 'One Vision' plays with such clear and rich audio there is no crackle at all. The only background noise I heard on Side One was one click right at the beginning of 'Pain Is So Close To Pleasure'.
There is a little crackle during the beginning of 'Who Wants To Live Forever' but it soon disappears and continues to play as it should with a clear and deep rich sound. The remainder plays wonderfully well with no interference, a stunning listen and without doubt one of the best I have heard.
The gatefold cover is in wonderful condition with only one very small crease on the top edge near the spine. The wide spine itself is in great condition with only minor shelf wear at the top and bottom. Overall though it is so clean and strong it is certainly one of the best I have seen, very nearly in new condition. The opening edge is so clean it looks barely handled.
