QUADRAPHONIC Harold Melvin & the Blue Notes Wake Up Everybody Rare Orig 1976 LP - Still in the original shrink wrap with the original price tag on the back of the LP.
There are Surface marks but nothing major on the vinyl.
Extremely rare to find this LP in true quadraphonic.
Visual Grading Scale for Discs:

MINT: This is a rare classification. Usually reserved for sealed LPs or unplayed stock.
NM (Near Mint) : Like new, should have no audible or visual imperfections
EX or VG++ (Excellent): Visual imperfections like light surface scuffs may be present
VG+ (Very Good Plus) : Very Light marks will be present, as well as an isolated scratch. Should play well with little to no noise
VG (Very Good) : Definite Marks and visual scratches and light groove wear will all be present. Surface noise may be present but should not overly compete with the music
VG- (Very Good Minus) : More noticable marking, scratches and record groove wear will be present. Audible crackle and pops will be heard. Will play through but expect it to have some significant noise when the record is played.
G (Good) : Heavy wear, dull surface, as many scratches as grooves, very noisy. Has to be exceptionally rare to be offered in this condition.

Records are removed from the outer record jackets to prevent damage to the outer record jacket during shipment.
