Dear Jean Paul Numbnuts,
I haven't got the faintest clue WTF is going on here.
VERY RARE Miss Press with the Erratum Sticker on the back (now where have we seen that before)
Read the Mumbo Jumbo below and see if you can figure it out!
In a nutshell this copy has the wrong tracks on the B side I think.
So there's some half baked attempt to replicate the sticker off the back of the Hit Rods DDD - that is the Erratum Sticker.
Nice item and I bet you haven't got one.

Mispress of Ignite with different songs on the B-side.
Has NDN-29-B-1 in the run-out grooves of the B-Side (instead of NDN-29-B) and little sticker on the back sleeve which reads:
"ERRATUM
Due to Record Company error, Side 2 has been pressed with different tracks to those stated on the sleeve, namely:
FEVER (Bacchanal, San Diego, Oct. 24, 1988) &
SHE'S A MONSTER (Brixton Academy, Dec. 20, 1987)
We apologise for any inconvenience caused. Correct tracks will be substituted on future copies"
