On 21-Jul-23 at 10:23:00 BST, seller added the following information:

This record has been in a professional storage warehouse since we closed our record shop down and have since retired so now clearing out before moving.  The sleeve in fact has a slight nick at the back so I have taken a closer up scan now shown  Other than that VG covers it. There is no water damage. The vinyl does have age/storage marks but  it is actually unplayed vinyl (ex shop stock and never been owned)  We have sold a lot of 12inch here on eBay from this same warehouse and I don't remember problems I come from a life in retail and am totally customer focussed (and a record collector myself from the 60s) so have a deep understanding of condition. It would look better with a professional clean but fulfils the VG condition in my experience Sorry this is tagged at the end but eBay make amendments to items with bids as from last week! NO formatting now
